A barcode is not recognized
- Center a UPC or EAN barcode in the camera view with good lighting.
- Use manual barcode entry if the camera cannot read the code.
- If product ingredients are unavailable, enter the ingredient list manually.
- Always verify the product’s physical label before use.
Camera access
Camera permission is used only to scan barcodes. You can change access under Settings → Privacy & Security → Camera → That’s Nuts!. Manual barcode and ingredient entry remain available when camera access is denied.
