Location

SunPal can use your location to show nearby conditions and radar. You can change access under Settings → Privacy & Security → Location Services → SunPal. The app remains usable with its fallback and saved-location features if access is declined.

Live radar or clouds are not loading

• Confirm that the device has an internet connection.
• Close and reopen the Live Radar screen, then allow a moment for frames to buffer.
• Try again later if NOAA radar or satellite services are temporarily unavailable.
• Update to the newest SunPal version available in the App Store.
